17th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Summit and Exhibition

From June 10 to June 12, 2026, the highly anticipated 17th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Summit Forum & Exhibition (IIICF) was grandly held in Macau. The forum was jointly hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Engineering Contracting and the Macao Investment and Trade Promotion Bureau, under the guidance of multiple ministries including the Ministry of Commerce. With the theme of "Facility Connectivity and Green Digital Empowerment," the event serves as a significant annual international industry gathering. Over 50 specialized sessions were organized, accompanied by exhibitions, creating a "forum + exhibition + negotiation" integrated model.

R1: "The Belt and Road" must be translated as the Belt and Road.  The forum was established in 2010 with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce of China and has been successfully held for 16 consecutive sessions. In 2023, it was included in the white paper titled "Co-building the Belt and Road: A Major Practice in Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.".

On June 11, 2026, the 17th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Summit and Exhibition grandly opened in Macau. On June 12, the event concluded in Macau. During a press conference held that afternoon, the organizers announced that 21 cooperation agreements were signed at this year's international infrastructure forum, totaling $9.9 billion.

As a professional international exhibition certified by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, it focused on the theme of "Facility Connectivity and Green Digital Empowerment," hosting over 250 thematic and supporting activities. With an exhibition area of 8,000 square meters, it showcased the latest technologies and cooperation opportunities. Over 3,500 government and business representatives from more than 70 countries and regions participated. The forum concentrated on the green and low-carbon transformation and the infrastructure upgrade driven by digital and intelligent technologies, promoting the extension of traditional infrastructure to new infrastructure. It provided participating enterprises with a practical platform for accurately aligning with market demands and expanding international cooperation.
